Not watched this yet, but do people realize most coins get mined in China and that their government can easily take control of those facilities? Thereby completely taking over control of bitcoin and all of it's transaction validations! Bitcoin due to various factors such as this is a Chinese state currency and they can invalidate all coins in a matter of days if they wish to do so (with some preparation). And in all honesty, they likely will at some point as they are NOT happy with it. As for a scalability, there is a lot of wishful thinking going on. "Solving" it to make it just a settlement layer, totally negated the advertised advantages of bitcoin for transactions.
