Greed as the motivator for religion, then you know it is a scam. I once personally witnessed some kid (when I also was a kid), which was thinking in terms gold in the future based on not only his behavior, but pressing "his" principles onto me (which failed, obviously). It's a mental disease and it cannot cause anything positive to happen to those that adopt the mentality.
