As for individualism...most non-western cultures and certainly most non-western immigrants do not see it that way at all and they make sure it stays that way. Its so naive to assume everyone is like us, a mistake people with well intention make over and over again. Going into a conflict as the reasonable person, thinking the other wants to meet you somewhere in the middle when this is clearly not the case is beyond naive and very dangerous. Its part of why we are in this mess right now to begin with!

That Indian got all the time he wanted to tell everyone that this kid should be re-educated (also called sensitivity training). And that was AFTER it was very clear he made all things up. It shows its not incompetence, but its intentional and there is an agenda behind it. And when so many marxist and minority persons are opportunistic and back this agenda at the expense of whites, then there is only one response. The rational and reasonable thing to do...i have to say...is invoke death in those situations...this is most certainly a war and its raging. It will keep raging until it escalates and one side ends up victorious with a wide margin.
