So, if her cult "didn't see" something within a wide open area, (not a lab controlled test with synchronized "scientific" recording), how can she think that their ignorance is more "authoritative" or persuasive than witnesses that did see the rather predictable things that we know did in fact happen regularly?

  3. That's right. It implies that "the rule of law" magically survives across national borders and it almost never does. Heck, even the UK, that we got our legal system from, has jailed a guy for reporting on a criminal case against protected minorities. He's still in jail as we speak. So, it's not even clear right now if we should cooperate with any nations right now when it comes to law enforcement. We should enforce our own laws according to our own sovereign power and treat other nations realistically, as other nations. This is the second time this month that I've been disappointed in Gowdy. The most important character in DC right now to help restore the rule of law is Gohmert. He's the only one carefully building case that will stick based on his knowledge of sworn duties and cybersecurity law. Gowdy is whiffing it a little.

  4. This idiot isn't even qualified to take a credentialed college course from Barr. She's a horrible journalist because she's not even a credible fact witness. She'd be rejected as a juror in any criminal case. To have someone like that "represent the questions Americans want to know" shows how Commanding Heights media is destroying every aspect of our republic and the very idea that students can learn how to productively participate in levers of democracy to check elected government in any advanced civilization.
