@jenniferandrews8449 It's all theory. Critical Theory. Democracy is a universal thing that requires Expert Social Scientists to implement and explain. Lots of genocide is required but you never explain that to the targets of the cull. Xi understands but won't say out loud. Xi is an Expert Democrat.
