Intel could have happened in Texas. The SFBA is not a really good natural hub for any industry. @PavelZajec You can trace the revolution in NorCal down to the Summer of Love in SF and the UC Berkeley "free speech" nonsense. Both were under Reagan as Governor, I think. So, just like today's TDS era, CA went through a Communist "RDS" period. I think Feinstein was also Mayor of SF in that period of time. The Universities and Hollywood writers were on low boil Revolution mode the minute Truman freaked out about what Stalin had been promised by FDR. It's only lasted this long before of Facebook and Social Media delusion. People should have figured out that Clinton sold us out to the CCP. And today people still do not get it. It's now SNAFUBAR that people like Biden get millions of dollars just to standby in case they're needed to enforce CCP rules in DC. Like shutting down fossil fuels, hydroelectric and nuclear fission energy, and so forth. It's so obvious.
