@jasonbarnett7747 LMFAO. You're a Social Justice Legend in your own demented mind.

@randomRyze You people crack me up.

@mb9326 The truth of your simple comment is critical to understand before trying to figure out any Demon Rat politician or sycophant.

Economic determinism comes from Karl Marx and his Critical Theory simps.
3
@super0pickles So what? He's the only one raging. If we can help people with rational responses and explanations to this cult of sociopaths that seems like a helpful thing and a good reason "why".
3
@redhed9776 Adam followed as well.
3
@michaelzell5905 What isn't the metaphorical currency of a "dying empire" since according to certain theories all empires are continually expanding and expiring since the entire universe is doing just that?
2
@bigbearmerriott9056 Blood thinner is used in some rat poison. So?
2
@NRALifer1 Incorrigible, arrogant ignorance.
2
@wrath4452 And you are, what? Another sky screamer to add to the pile?
2
@EndertheWeek But a Congressional bill would have the same problem because it too would infringe on States' Rights.
2
@sabrewolf4129 LOL. Yeah. Through the Constitutional Amendment process. Checks and Balances is a paradigm, not an encoded schema.
2
@Boskov01 OK, but that does not fall under the doctrine of "abortion rights". That falls under the doctrine of due process rights for unborn humans. You create a Federal law that maps out "due process" for terminating a fetus's life in the womb. Cases would come up before the courts and if necessary SCOTUS would defend it. For planned infanticide, doctors should have to pass certain tests for each case and submit applications for death warrants. It can be streamlined so that a county judge must sign off on it first and then document the entire case for review. Look at what has to happen already to terminate the life of convicted murders. Look at how much money we spend on each case. It would not have to be like that. It would just have to be carefully documented for review so that a reasonable "due process" can emerge for the unborn. And the unborn would have State-paid advocates (lawyers, just like all criminals due that are put through the judicial system) to monitor the death warrants. Once this is all documented and becomes reviewable it will change public sentiment as reality sets in. Only pathetic, sociopathic ghouls can defend the status quo if they understand it in detail.
2
@EgoBrain1 You can't categorically ban or regulate "abortion" as a procedure. You have to focus on deprivation of rights of the fetuses.
2
@SamtheBravesFan The people that created and grew this Satanic criminal cult are mostly dead. And it might be too late because almost nobody knows how to properly define "the rule of law" properly. So the big lie has birthed an infinite stream of lies to defend all of the corruption.
1
@wrath4452 Hence, proving you are literally insane. Look up the definition.
1
@Handlelesswithme Some lies are protected and others are not. DOJ officials can't lie with impunity. Unless they are representing The Party of Lies. AKA The Party of Slavery.
1
@charlesfritz7131 FDR loved America and Stalin. Thank God Trump doesn't worship collectivist morons as political messiahs.
1
@wrath4452 You morons don't even know what dictator means. It comes from the ancient Roman Republic. Trump is a libertarian that does not filter his rhetoric in accordance with Marxist Critical Theory "Political Correctness".
1
These people are like a Mafia crime family that wound up creating a political party to protect slavery and then went on to destroy an entire country. Not just "like". That is what they are.
1
@seanstinchfield-mp2xm They LOVE that they get away with "the living Constitution" theory by slamming us in SCOTUS. It fits with the single party Soviet rule that they have craved since FDR or even before. The so called Democratic Party has a novel definition for "Our Democracy". It's the same formula Vladimir Lenin used in his "New Economic Policy". There were no elections under Lenin.
1
Dude, it's called Constitutional Amendment. They've been twisting Constitutional interpretation since FDR and before the Civil War they twisted it to "dehumanize" slaves with stupid Special Pleading fallacies. That is all they have ever done. They have only every successfully Amended the Constitution in favor of their Progressive agenda two times, both under Woodrow Wilson. The rest of the agenda is won in Congress and by attacking SCOTUS as justification for placing whacked out Critical Theory judges and Justices in power. What I just wrote spans the entire history of this evil political party. Joe Biden is today's Woodrow Wilson but even stupider.
1
@Boskov01 A State can't "enshrine" bad (Federal) Constitutional interpretation. And that is not what "codified" means either. The Marxists have been confusing minds for over a century about how our Constitution and US law that it frames is actually constructed and managed from election to election and generation to generation. Read the Communist Manifesto if you want to understand very clearly why that is the case. You can't encode "abortion rights" because no such thing has ever existed in reality. There's no "procedure rights" except for voting. Read the Bill of Rights and then think it if is applied equally under the status quo to mothers, fathers and fetuses. Obviously not. And don't tell me "the Constitution can't protect fetuses" because by this same logic it can't protect anyone until the age of majority. But this is not the case either. How the Marxists scrambled so many "conservative" minds is an amazing thing.
1
@SomeCanine Not sure what dispute you're trying to settle. Are you trying to argue for free contraceptives and abortion? What's your point?
1
@SomeCanine OK, so, it's helpful to understand the nexuses between bad SCOTUS decisions and Our New Deal Democracy. Including the so called Military Industrial Complex that is one and the same as The Deep State. The subcomponents are all the exact same thing. Bad legislation, pressured SCOTUS rulings (and Marxist/activist judges) and crying "racist" every time someone comes along to change the Marxist Arc of History. I suggest reading the Communist Manifesto at least once a year to remind everyone where these sociopaths get their policy ideas from.
1
@michaelshapiro1543 Demonrats destroyed Civil Rights in many ways, and Informed Consent is just one of them.
1
Right. They are insane. It's cultivated insanity thanks to "socialized schools".
1
Marxists define greatness differently than how we do. Greatness to them is having a tight relationship with the CCP as the Social Justice Vanguard Party.
1
I've never voted for a Democrat. I heard stories about JFK and after reading a little bit about Truman I concluded that they were the rare mutants to take the Oval Office as Democrats without being entirely corrupt. If there is ever a ballot race where the Democrat is apparently the better option I just won't vote because I know my history. And I'm from California. They all lie like lizard-people. Gavin Newsom now even looks like a lizard, to show how "evolution" has proved my point.
1
It's a critical part of the gaslighting end game. They are so close to crushing the rule of law that they can taste it. If they steal this next election cycle we are done.
1
@mrmcscuseme It's cultural Marxism. It's right there in the Communist Manifesto. They want to "abolish" the nuclear family. They don't want to encourage abortion. They want to mandate it. And they don't want ANYONE raising their own children.
1
@jasonbarnett7747 Do you?
1
@stephenkolostyak4087 Voting rights should come with paying taxes. The problem is the two tier system that evolved through the stubborn slave States. Once freed we could not say they still could not vote because they pay no taxes. That would truly leave them totally disenfranchised. But also remember that the USA was an alliance of States more than a unified nation. State governments used to be much more important to the daily lives of US citizens than the Federal government. But now half the country worries each day who the next POTUS will be. It should not be like that unless we're at war and the only war that ever threated the existence of the USA was the Civil War. The more you review US history the harder it is to deny that virtually all of today's problems were caused by that evil party of slavery. They haven't really changed. They're mostly lawyers rather than plantation owners but everything else is pretty much the same.
1
@pansysutton4689 We were continuously discovering new "broken systems" under Trump. Their party is the one always working to break everything. Read the Communist Manifesto if you want to understand this cult.
1
@jeffcase7102 Next stop is an Amendment or just accept reality. But these are Critical Theory Marxists and reality is not their thing.
1
@davidcosta2244 Precisely. And I don't need any Communist like Ruthie to explain the Constitution for me.
1
@colbywood7667 Yup. These reprobates are actually taking their campaigning strategy from Woodrow Wilson and FDR. Those two did more to destroy the rule of law than any other President before or since.
1
@EndertheWeek LOL. You should read the thing you pretend to teach about. Constitution of the United States Tenth Amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
1
@EndertheWeek Learn to read properly. And yeah, lots of people are very wrong. And Congress has tried to take more power than the Constitution allows since FDR's New Deal. Congress does indeed pass lots of un-Constitutional legislation. And SCOTUS has in plenty of cases ruled in favor of "Democratic" tyranny. Learn to read in English and then learn a little about the history of the country. Focus on the Democratic Party's "elitism" and completely corrupt reading of the Constitution, favoring domination by whatever branch or institution that it controls. The party has always done this since Andrew Jackson. Roe v. Wade was not about abortion per se but about increasing the power of Progressive judges to rewrite "rights" and "due process" meanings in favor of legislating from any branch where they hold power and getting angry and crying racism or whatever when they are opposed by an ordinary reading of the Constitution. Why do you think they want to pass an Equal Rights Amendment. Equal rights have always been guaranteed by the Constitution. They are the party that pretended their slaves had no standing to sue. They are the ones that reimagined equality, due process and even unenumerated rights. Look what they're doing with "trans rights". It's not about individual rights. They want to have all of these factions in conflict and blame their enemies. That's people like me that defend the actual freaking rule of law. They can't Amend the Constitution because their ideas are delusional and always about accomplishing the opposite of what they pretend to be accomplishing.
1
@davidcosta2244 The language of the Amendment would be insane. It would never pass. If these morons really wanted to have smooth sailing and "justice" they would approach everything in a completely different manner. Roe v. Wade should have cited a "due process" right to seek an abortion and State laws restricting it would have to pass judicial muster. So, the whole thing is really stupid. And gets stupider by the day. These are not serious people. These are people that seek power by causing problems to blame on the rivals. End of story. If the story ever changes, please inform Pelosi, Biden, Newsom, etc.
1
@jeffcase7102 You're right but this dude is very stupid. I should also say that some bad rulings get reversed but there's never been a case in all of our history where a bad ruling is abrogated and then resurrected. LOL. Is SCOTUS going to resurrect Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857)? That ruling or "law" was only abrogated by Constitutional Amendment. It wasn't even reversed by a later Supreme Court ruling. And Jim Crow laws took a long time to dismantle. Too long. Even though this evil party/Darwinist cult is in constant conflict with the Bill of Rights. Constant.
1
Under Democratic Party doctrines, they can do anything that they want as Representatives of the Demos. The Jacobins called this the Third Estate or the "disenfranchised classes" who had to live under the thumb of the pope and the monarch. Yes, they are wholly delusional. Insane. Actually insane. They are not "clinically insane" because most clinical psychologists come from the same exact cult. Rather, this cult invented "psychology" as a way to "scientifically" step through the "oppression of the patriarchy" aka "The Church".
1
Madcow is a typical hive-minder. She's only worried about acceptance from within her cult.
1
@suzannemartin6817 I just explained up there what the barrier is to equal application of the law and general and in particular with respect to unborn persons. The origin of the problem is the religion that they call "science" known as Darwin's theory of evolution or even the fallacious assumption that "evolution" is the driver of the rise of humanity. It's why doctrinaire Progressives are pseudoscientific atheists that believe "science deniers" are incapable of understanding their "community truth". This cult has negatively effected Constitutional interpretation and destroyed the rule of law on such a massive scale that any time I encounter one of these dogmatic lunatics I feel it is my duty to help them discover just how evil their thinking is.
