@tinaarko6625 The founders and most people that know history believe that "democracy" is delusional and the most "democratic" form of rule is mob rule. As in the BLM mob rioted and so forth to show their "democratic will" and the Democratic Party argued for constant appeasement. So in reality it is like Communist rule by council but under far more mendacious explanations for what they're doing. This thing about democracies devolving in to dictatorship is a modern phenomenon that started in Italy and spread to Germany and the US at right around the same time. Unless you count the Jacobin mobs that ended up promoting Napoleon who promoted himself to Emperor. But that happened after the US Constitution was ratified so this claim is anachronistic at best about their "democracy" caveats. In the modern age we also talk collectively about what "liberal democracies" have in common. If a specific party champions "democracy" then you must go by their definition. The US Democratic Party certainly does believe in their Soviet Democracy. Rule by soviet with fake elections. That's Their Democracy.

There's no such thing as dogmatic conservatism. Conserving the Constitution is going to be characterized in many various ways by sociopathic liars and criminal cults. RINO's like labels like that so they can justify their tolerance and reliance on "norms" rather than fidelity to Constitutional rule of law. And leftists always think of equal application of the law is the bulwark of "Capitalism" and therefore of "ossified disparity" and yada yada.

Show me one Democratic Party member in the US in all of history that ever believed in equal application of the law. Just one. They obviously hate the Constitution when someone can use it to limit their power.
