  1. Unrealized gains are speculative, not income. It's a weak-minded trick to argue for taxing estimated wealth as income. What is happening since FDR is that they keep finding these gaslighting and "thousand cuts" theories where it's OK to violate the Constitution as long as it seems unimportant and Congress seems to be OK with it. This is what the War on SCOTUS began (under FDR) and the truth is that it is raging until this day.

  2. Mark Cuban is like a Word Faith atheist. I guess that's what he is. He's OK with all of the things he's discussing so he wants to make a "faith confession" that you should just trust him and his cronies. The guy is truly an idiot. He got involved in some "tech" projects at the right time and place and thinks that he is therefore a genius or at the very least some kind of truth guru. Every time I hear from him his peddling idiocy as wise insight. Every time. He's very similar to Bill Gates. Bill Gates is an idiot. If you've ever listened to him speak or read any of his books you'll know what I'm talking about. This is the guy that came up with a Windows skin called "Bob". LOL. And no, he did not invent MS Windows nor did he invent MS DOS. Paul Allen did the original work on MS Dos and it's not like he even came up with something on the level of anything that exceeded what already existed. It was a simplified OS for running on relatively weak "PC" machines. Paul Allen seems to be a pretty smart guy and that is why politicians never seek him out to participate in their BS.
