@FrigginCatsBruh You first.

@Xbalanque84 What kind of stupid question is that? At least 99% are "still breathing".

@silverhammer7779 They can't lie and get away with it when trying to coerce a plead in this fashion. They are only allowed to deceive in certain ways. OTOH, they can get away with almost anything if the defense attorney is unaware of it and or the judge is in on the unlawful persecution as in this entire fiasco.

@sdlpilot And what support do you have for your claim?

@debanydoombringer1385 You have no idea what you're talking about and you don't even understand what "legal rights" means. To the extent that you think it's "standard" that might be true but that doesn't make it legal.

@jamesgolding1485 You're the clever one here, eh?

@fett_420 Correct. The problem with the FBI is that they are responsible for "state security" and "Federal law enforcement". For state (national) security they don't need to follow any due process norms, but, this also means that judges are not supposed to allow the evidence gathered to be used in criminal prosecutions. The FBI over time has decided that they can mix and match these rules as needed. So in terms of prioritizing national security they are supposed to get the facts and deprioritize prosecution. But here they just bypass all due process protections and then talk then in to pleading guilty. It's blatantly unconstitutional but also SNAFUBAR. But what is really new is unofficially treating "right wing" voters as "national security threat" just by simple association. They're lawless Stalinists now. The idea was that sometimes you have to employ a little Stalinism to beat Stalin. Now the idea is you have to employ a little Stalinism to beat Trump and any threat to the ruling regime of "The Deep State" and the party that they protect (basically Demon Rats and RINOs to create this story of a "two party system"). Norms and stuff.

@hillbillypb1522 Pardoned for what?

Conspiracy. Conspiracy Against Rights. Just like Pelosi and her Star Chamber.

@darklinkk12 Traitor to the US Soviet ruling regime. And you are a traitor to the US Constitution. Do you even know how to read it? And why don't you comment about all of your Nazi brethren that flock in to Congress with signs and BS disruptions and often have your treasonous Nazi party elected officials join in?

@ They can't lie about having evidence that doesn't exist and can't exist because even the criminal accusation is a lie. It's already been established that the charges against them were almost entire based on a fallacious application of an "interference" statute that had absolutely nothing to do with "being disruptive" by petitioning Congress. This is definitely an actionable Conspiracy Against Rights. Without question. The only question is if any of these FBI agents involved have some legitimate defense for whatever they did. These guys on the video have no defense. The FBI agents are guilty of Conspiracy Against Rights. They can't plead ignorance (which does affect the case as it affects "intent") because they're sworn officers that have to know that they are doing something lawful. The "just following orders" AKA "Good Nazi" defense doesn't work here. They can bluff about the strength of actual evidence, not just invent this whole story about "Insurrection" and so forth as written by Nancy Pelosi and her psychopath daughter. This is a true Conspiracy that might even include certain treasonous elements. The entire "get Trump" motive is first of all covering up all that they did with USAID. As I told my wife, the Biden crime family is a bigger story because it opens with videos from the Laptop From Hell. But actually the Clinton Crime Wing has everyone else beat. We just don't have any juicy videos of them. Thank God for that.

@YT-User1013 And they can talk their way in to conspiracy charges. So you are absolutely wrong.

@robjames9627 Pardons have no validity in court if nothing is specified. They're Politipardons. For appearances only. If I'm not mistaken the first "preemptive" Pardon was Nixon, but that was really unnecessary and the situation was that the DOJ traitors were supposedly investigating him still when Ford arrived on the scene. Instead simply instructing them to stop he decided to tell the world that Nixon was not to be targeted further. Politically, the Demon Rats will go unhinged (as always) and tell stories about persecution and Pardons and so forth if any of them are rightfully investigated and charged. You have to understand that no Democrat has any consistent morality. If they do they end up getting kicked out or remain idiotic dupes (Joe Manchin) and so forth.

@ Our legal system is built on a pyramid of words, theories, doctrines and trust. This evil party has been twisting it since before the Civil War that they started. Their Pardons are nothing but chaff. They will try to have it both ways. Won't cooperate at all. Trust me. But Pam Bondi and others know that if they try to use the Pardon as an excuse to fail to cooperate that they will be required to respond to the accusation with a confession in order to test their Pardon's validity. They won't want to do that and that actually nullifies the Pardon. It's a paradox they don't seem to be aware of. They're counting on hitting the right Marxist judge to set them free. But that can't happen either unless Biondi is as stupid as they are.
