@roncardenas2963 You don't sue a State in that State. This isn't just "defamation". This is on ongoing criminal enterprise. The DNC is a "corrupt organization" and must be investigated under RICO. States can file criminal RICO complaints in Federal court. I've said for years that first Hillary and her CGI should be investigated under RICO as soon as she started to blatantly use her "Intel Community" connections to smear Trump and others. As we've learned, the criminal enterprise has been active since even before that. The only question is who will get caught up in the investigations. Not whether a criminal enterprise has taken over the DNC and "hegemonic influence" over the entire seated Federal government at as much as half of the Federal judiciary. Anyone, anywhere that is caught up in this can be included in the investigation. Including State officials and operatives not yet known. Of course we can't charge any foreigners with criminal conspiracies just be accepting contracts from these sworn US officials. But they can be interviewed as witnesses.

Federal RICO. Not "defamation". The underlying crime is racketeering and obstruction of justice. This goes back to the Obama regime and all of the things they were doing to shut down critics to cover up their schemes in the US and around the world. They just assumed that if they want "all the way" that they'd never have to face a rule-of-law DOJ again. They really thought that by the time Lynch replaced Holder that the DOJ had become "captured" by US (Fabianist) Communists.

@jeffreysarmiento5193 A State can't be accused of defamation. You have to accuse the persons involved in defamation. It would be a "landmark case" and if Trump won only then could he ask for the State to help them pay the fines. But the thing is that Trump first needs to wipe out the fines he's already been levied with. They're not actually guilty of "defamation" per se. It's criminal racketeering on a scale previously unknown in world history. The total fines against this "Political Mafia" cult should enter in to the billions and Trump would not be the only one collecting.

If treason becomes popular enough they call it "Our Democracy". It's a simple explanation that can't really be overcome by contrary facts. They're traitors that think a "popular movement" can justify literally anything that doesn't get them ousted from office. Including election crimes. They've learned from history but they're the bad guys. That's as simple as I can make it. Carefully reviewing any history of the America and Europe for the past 4 centuries supports my thesis.
