First, "blacks" have always had equal Constitutional rights. Lying scumbags used all kinds of tricks to deny due process. Second, after they were legally emancipated by the Thirteenth Amendment, the Fourteenth was then created and passed in a ratified as an Amendment that made it clear what was obvious from the beginning. SCOTUS has always been the highest court in the USA. And it protects all Citizens even from lying State governments that pretend the Tenth Amendment means they get to make up BS any time that they want to. Guess what? They still do. What has changed since then has only changed by force. These evil cultists still try to use the law to manipulate rank and file citizens to create "supremacist" power in DC and in each State and County. This time they don't have slaves per se, but the still expect to order around the same groups that they held once held as slaves.
