@pdadyweikel There is no such thing as enforceable rights in mainland China. When politicians discuss "human rights" this is only aspirational or straight up deception.

The only rights that are never lost are due process rights. But those rights are situational.

@vitovitale8325 Due process rights are situational. Once granted US Citizenship you must make the case that it should be stripped and then she or he can be deported. The same goes for a Permanent Resident status.

Dan Goldman is an idiot. He's mixing and matching rights. If someone refuses to cooperate that is a suspected illegal alien they can be summarily arrested until identified and processed according to the law. That does not violate in "due process" rights. And if the arresting officers violate "Miranda" that just means that whatever they are "processing" can't be used in a criminal action. These caveats don't apply to rounding up illegal aliens because the goal is to deport them, not spend money on wasteful (redundant) criminal prosecutions.
