  1. They don't believe in "democracy" of this kind. They don't believe equal opportunity and equal application of the law will make people "equal". They actually want Animal Farm democracy where they find some special Brain Trust Ubermensch to replace Orwell's Pigs. That's the problem they see with Animal Farm's "democracy". They need to find magical Brain Trusts somewhere. Or just give all of the Oppressed Peoples their own islands (for Marxist rulers to protect on their behalf). This is what they think the Communist Manifesto (through academic Critical Theory analytical paradigms) promises them.
