@scotcharron1679 The problem in the courts is that the judiciary is totally effed up. The country has always been split by sincere Constitutionalists and radicals that hate living according to equal application of the law. They always find excuses to come up with exceptions. We call it Special Pleading fallacies. They make "Special Pleading" that are irrational. In casual language, they claim it's "different" when they do something versus the people that they want to rule over as an underclass.
