  2. Chevron (precedent) is only difficult to understand if you don't understand Progressive jurisprudence in the post New Deal epoch. Bureaucrats are treated like "Expert Witnesses" (by Progs aka Marxists) rather than power-seeking partisans. And very few judges really know how to scrutinize "expert" claims these days. They struggle even to define "woman" for the exact same reason. They lose confidence in their own critical thinking skills and worry more about Jacobin terrorists like Schumer and AOC.

The fact that the Amendment process is baked in to the original Constitution as ratified shows that their "living constitution" through judicial activism is innately corrupt and unconstitutional. The thing is that case law is relevant to a point but the fact that we have a written Constitution (unlike the British) clearly delineates the powers of the Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch. That's why they rant about racist founders and so forth because they're trying to say that it's so obvious that Progs must have a fast track to "amend" the constitution as interpretated by them. They want a British "constitution" that is subject only to their own interpretation. And at this stage they're going for one-party rule. IOW, we need ONLY strict constructionists and should purge all others.

How about better public school standards so that people learn to read properly? The law is not supposed to be a mystical thing and it's not or was not until the Democratic Party started up their nonsense.
