What's special about Trump is that he's an ordinary, competent "operations" person that managed to penetrate the "iron wall" built around DC where only vetted "Realists" (Fabian Marxists) and their puppets are allowed in.

@BigKandRtv Congress can declare war as a matter of law. And what that means is that they can vote to allow for things like budget adjustments and so forth. Congress can't limit Presidential powers in any "national security" or "foreign policy" matter. Even if you take the case of the Obama Iranian written "understanding". Obama can't create his own enforceable treaty without Senate ratification. The effect of that means that the agreement has no force of law within US courts. That's it. For any other grievance they have to make a "High Crime" claim and go through Impeachment processes to limit the Executive Branch's powers in those areas. I think it matters very much where and how you "learn the Constitution" before you mouth off to others.
