Also, an economics degree on its own is dangerous. Because economics as a field of study starts off with the premise of analyzing 'macroeconomics' from the top down. You feel an inherent bias towards favoring a command economy that is basically the road to tyranny. And there is no universal standard for how a government should govern its own macroeconomy. And the arguments are so obtuse and unprovable that voters struggle to figure out who is lying to them.

@winsomemartinez You don't even know what 'political' means in US legal lexicon. Basically, all US judges are to defend obedience to the law in the courts. For any judge to favor aspirational legal doctrines is destructive to Constitutional law. If you want to change the law you take your ideas to the legislatures and pass a bill. But then it still must be tested by the judges when challenged. These prosecutions are not merely 'political'. They are illegal. They violate US Federal Law known as 'Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law'. Marxists in the USA have been getting away with this for many decades now as the slavers invented 'labor law' Progressivism after losing their slaves. They have been at war with the US Constitution since Andrew Jackson was sworn in. Your favorite activists are trying to impose 'woke' Marxism. Because Marxist dogmas include 'Property is theft' and 'If you disagree with Marx you have False Consciousness' or what Freud called cognitive dissonance. It's all aspirational circular logic. It only works for fiction writers.

@nicholasthiel7259 You don't even know what legal immunity means.

Racketeering-Influenced Corrupt Organization. Or 'Criminal syndicate' for short.

@donaldrichardson9132 You are the heart and sole of our country. Most of us never forget this.

Fell. Already. Long past time to stand up.
3
@sherlockhomo-ph4su What does We the People mean in your opinion?
3
@Im-sure 'I’m seeing a LOT OF PEOPLE that didn’t really earn a law degree these days' What exactly are you so sure about? Your exposition totally sucks. If you have a law degree you must have been attending with Joe or Hunter. LOL.
3
BlakesSpace86 The problem is you. Seriously.

@MariaC-so9yr It doesn't even know what it wrote.

@polardiscoball Just keep repeating yourself, Dorothy.

@ceterisparibus51 Teehee

@ceterisparibus51 Psycho, it means literally that you have no idea what you're talking about and it is now proven that you don't know what immunity means. It's a simple doctrine that means, in the case under focus, that officials have powers and protections above what a citizen has. Or put another way, if some politician does some harm as a part of his job it means the state is culpable, not the individual. In Trump's case you don't even have a legitimate criminal or tort theory. And on top of it whatever harm is being alleged is just part of life. Hence he is immune under the law for these kinds of accusations. And especially for the 'Espionage' and RICO accusations. To put it in a very simple way there are special laws and powers for the President alone. Congressional protections pertain to expanded speech immunities. The Presidential powers are immense since it's totally lawful for them to make war on their own whim. In spite of 'War Powers Act' which gives special kinds of arguments for people that don't want to go along with it and yet it is unlawful for them to impede lawful Presidential orders. Without these immunities, the most controversial modern President would be Barack Obama for ordering a drone strike assassination of a US Citizen. Without these immunities that no sane person questions, he can't be charged for anything at all. Although possibly the family could sue under Deprivation of Rights and then get a settlement paid for by the US government. The President himself is not liable.

@besmartvoteblue2702 Who do you think the traitors are? Look up this partial quote: 'None dare call it treason'.

The DNC is for Marxists all around the world. The Republican Party is for liberal libertarians who respect good faith international treaties. The Israeli body politic is relatively small. But they're split between righteous and Jacobin leftism just like California. Sometimes the Marxists join the conservatives when their own homes and families are being attacked. But otherwise Marxists love war and conflict as long as they feel they can come out ahead from it. The Israeli courts are very liberal when it comes to minority rights and a lot of people displaced by war have been able to recover property through that means. The intractable issue is sovereignty. When you hear claims about stolen land and whatnot they might have some cases to cite but anyone can petition Israeli courts for property claims. The end goal for statehood, in theory, is to achieve sovereignty 'on the ground'. But what nobody can do is create a nation-state from the outside. Heck, even Mexico is a de facto failed state in my book. A lot of these disorganized groups want to get outside 'international' material and political support but don't really have a viable plan or end goal. And many US Presidents picked the wrong groups to empower every time we try to help. Most DC 'experts' are Critical Theory Marxists. And to be perfectly honest most of the European states that were once empires are totally FUBAR. Marxism creates self-hating, dangerous idiots.

@CONFEDERATE168 Explain what? If you just read a primer on, say, Hayek and Keynes, and then listen to some Thomas Sowell videos, you'll know exactly what I'm saying. Keynes wasn't even a Marxist but he did look at the British economy from the POV of a nation at war and with massive colonial possessions. The assumption was already that the macroeconomy must be planned at least for the sake of the war where the Germans were sending all sorts of attacks and already occupying France. His mistake was trying to turn those wartime doctrines in to universal laws of economics. Full stop. And this fails because even if he's right it means that to have max growth you need to be constantly at war. But the other thing is that in the USA we have more or less similar resources as a nation but the legal conditions are totally different. We have States and we have a Constitution. The British have always held mineral rights under the monarchy and then in accordance with Parliament's laws and edicts. That alone tells you many things about how to govern while at peace. The President at war can simply take any resources needed for the war. But otherwise they have to come up with endless scams to take control of privately held property.
2
@CONFEDERATE168 Your response is strong evidence that you are indeed in need of one.
2
@ceterisparibus51 If only you understood what you were supposed to learn in 'logic class'. If only they still offered critical thinking classes in 'Post Industrial' America.
2
@atg1338 That facts are not on your delusional side.
2
@Duke_of_Prunes They get dumber by the day. They're now averaging about 65 or lower on the IQ scales.
1
All Marxists fear someone like Trump. Especially when he runs for POTUS and wins. It's a nightmare for them. I am not exaggerating. Obama and the other US Marxists haven't slept well since then.
1
@skoolwheelz9042 Well, they are Communists.
1
@besmartvoteblue2702 It's figurative language. He is a "bulwark" against the Communist agenda that you clearly fail to understand.
1
How much would anyone like to bet that 'Jack Smith' (a common CIA cover name) did plenty of coke and crack with Hunter? Any guesses? And have you ever wondered why Joe Biden supported the law that punished people for crack more seriously than with coke? Because they all favored coke until Hunter went nuts. Now sue me for 'racist defamation'. LOL.
1
TV is for stupid people, stupid.
1
@tonyp5736 Wow. You told us. You're quite the litigator, dude. It's much more likely that you have no actual idea what you're even talking about. Tell us also how stupid Ted Cruz is and by inference how smart you are.
1
You can't sue an official for performing his official duties. For local officials, police officers, military officers, you can sue them but you have to overcome the question of whether they are personally culpable if they followed lawful orders and doctrines. And in the cases against Trump the accusations are not even actionable in court. But the best example of this is that Presidents are entirely immune from accusations like Espionage and so forth. Even Treason requires an Impeachment and then a thorough investigation to prove the claims. The 'national security' documents lawsuits are laughable when aimed at a President that kept his own documents. It's bad faith lawfare. They know they're lying about their legal theories but dream about something we might call Soviet Rule of Law and Equity. And by the way, if this standard had been applied to Obama and Biden they'd already be in prison for Treason because of what they did with Iran and China while they were in office. John Kerry and I'm sure many others would also be in prison as we speak.

@surlypiratewench1969 You can't have served in the US Marine Corp. You can't be this stupid. Why do you crazy sociopaths always reference things that you're completely ignorant about? You only entertain the other frauds. You don't actually deceive anyone but yourselves. The Unabomber was just another sociopath with the kind of paranoid and delusional thinking that you possess.
1
@surlypiratewench1969 'Proud Democrat.Trying to save the US from fascism.' A proud Democrat trying to save the US from fascism is Alan Dershowitz. You're one of the fascists. The US Democrats are quite literally the party of fascism as FDR's New Deal proudly copied Mussolini's 'corporatism' and then when Stalin pressured FDR to denounce Germany and Italy he swapped the terms around and FDR then said he's against Corporate Fascism when in fact Fascism was described as Corporatism and FDR wanted to emulate everything about it other than the silly allusion to the Roman Empire. Corporate Fascism was apparently FDR's special term for private sector businesses that didn't want his fascist programs.

SCOTUS doesn't like to intervene too quickly because it will then be seen as 'reactionary' and 'ignorant of modern politics' or some BS like that. ANd it's just a fact that our schools crank out legions of morons that are now easily triggered. The right defense of the Constitution at the wrong time might trigger riots and revolution. That's actually what they fear. But this is all part of the game plan and why Chuck Schumer started going apeshit over every judicial appointment from Trump. And they even got it started by going crazy when Merrick Garland was not considered for a Senate Confirmation hearing under Obama. If you want to charge someone with incitement to riot Chuck would be the guy.
1
@JayWrong-ef1nm But, Capitalism...
1
@polardiscoball Trump's interests are perfectly aligned with every other good faith libertarian in the entire planet. Cultural Marxism has rotted your brain.
1
Politicization in the USA means using the courts to change the effect of the law without lawfully changing the text of the law.
1
@welbyroberto6581 You must be joking. You people are the dumbest of all world history. We have the largest libraries and the most access to all of the world's public claims and you log on to post idiotic Clarence Thomas 'Uncle Tom Capitalist' tropes. Wow.
1
@MYJEWISHLAMPSHADES Dershowitz is a classic liberal libertarian and defender of the US Constitution as created by our Founders.
1
@polardiscoball Yeah. I'm the talking dog of your dreams. There is no place like Utopia. There is no Utopian Green Energy. There is no Dystopian Climate Change for you sociopaths to bother people about. There is no Emerald City. There is no Yellow Brick Road. You've been deceived by people paid to 'educate' you and I assume your parents as well.
1
@lazyassbum You live in a very simple world. The basic criticism of cultural Marxism is that it's about feeding false binaries to you morons until you lose all ability to actually think for yourself.
1
@sirvince7853 Actually, everyone should take a basic course in Constitutional law before graduating from high school. The reason for that is the Marxists have gamed the law to such a degree that you need to attend law school just to expose yourself to their evil doctrines. If you take a basic Constitutional law class in High School you will at least know to ask how they came up with all of this BS and then you can search on your own, take night classes, or whatever. It's not 'lawyers' that have destroyed the rule of law in the USA. It's the slavers that turned to Fabian Marxism that have never accepted equal application of the law.
1
@danajohnson4480 Maybe morons like you should not be allowed to vote. If you want Communism it's only a plane trip away. Hopefully you can get a free one way ticket.
1
@CONFEDERATE168 Exactly. Economics is actually all about PC.
1
@demigod1013 Do you even know what 'Crony Capitalism' means? Do you even know that you're a Marxist cultist? There is no 'working class' in the sense that you're using it.
1
The first thing we should ban is lying, moronic teachers and insane accredited schools.
1
@philalexander7902 LOL. Wrong. And FDR is the one that destroyed SCOTUS.
1
@philalexander7902 You are dimwitted. You don't even understand the topics you're ranting about.
1
@winsomemartinez Some due process doctrines do originate in English common law. And that includes the adversarial system itself. That's true. Soviets and the French among others prefer the Inquisition system. From the Roman Catholic Church, originally. That's what Jack Smith is attempting. And Letitia James. They're taught that it's Progressive. They hate the US Constitution, Truly.
1
@besmartvoteblue2702 You're an idiot. You apparently have no hope of understanding the likes of Alan Dershowitz.
1
@ceterisparibus51 Liar.
1
It's not two-tiered. It's Marxism. It's exactly like the Soviet show trials.
1
@danajohnson4480 This is a childish lie. Perhaps we'll just dismiss you as an ignoramus that doesn't understand anything that he's talking about.
1
@bernardbarry447 Hilarious.
1
@bernardbarry447 That's your job.
