@syav4467 No, you're wrong. The only thing that could have saved Clinton from prosecution was an Obama EO or Pardon. Trump could also have Pardoned her, of course. But she absolutely committed a crime that only a President can save her from. Comey's stupid public rhetoric alluded to "no reasonable prosecutor" which could have meant almost anything. But given what Obama had said in public and then tasked Comey with (that lead to his treasonous espionage once he carried on past Trump's Inauguration) investigating Trump under "national security". No evidence produced during any of these investigations pointed to any malfeasance on Trump's part whatsoever. Only your cult got away with criminal activity that had plenty of loopholes and plausible deniability in terms of who ordered it and what was their "intent". Trump would win in a tort case, like Civilian RICO and Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law, which is also prosecutable as a crime.

@patriciakimball8150 What actually happened is that by the time Trump was sworn in he realized that the actual criminal conspiracy was authorized by Obama. And that made her server criminality unprosecutable.
