This is what they teach in law school. It's called Critical legal studies. Sadly, if you don't learn bona fide critical thinking you won't know that it's just a philosophy and a set of Jacobin critiques and not really a set of principles that can be used as the center of your own legal philosophy unless you want to be a criminal defense lawyer or an ambulance chasing idiot. If you want to play other roles in the legal systems you must understand the differences between Critical Theory and critical thinking. Alan Dershowitz is heavy on Critical Theory but he knows that it's only the center for certain roles, as I've explained. Dershowitz is a clear-thinking libertarian that chooses to operate "on the left" whereas this idiot (and so many others) think that "Critical Theory" is the center of "objective" thinking.
