  1. LOL. Brennan does NOT know what "due process" means. Rigorous process does not mean due process. He doesn't actually know what due means. Due process means that the accused's rights are fully respected at every aspect of legal "processing." That requires that those in power at least know what essential protections are due. And he does not! Nor does he know what rule means as in the rule of law. This isn't just a violation of "due process" but is a specific violation of protected civil rights. Brennan and others can be charged from Felonies under "color of law" doctrines. Although this is mostly associated with persecution of "colored" persons and people it is also how elitists place themselves entirely above the law, especially since FDR's New Deal Administrative (law) state was assembled under "arsenal of democracy" and "emergency" powers taken in the same era that were never surrendered by the DC cult. Think of Judge Dredd (as judge and jury). These guys are like that but they get soldiers to do their dirty "executioner" work.
