  11. He didn't even violate the criminal code. He's the owner of all US Intel while he's the sitting President. It's unlawful to XYZ yada yada remove Presidential records from their rightful place. Guess who the ultimate authority is to determine rightful place? Bush got sued over this but it wasn't a criminal accusation. It was an interagency inquiry to find out what happened to a bunch of emails that were not handed over according to the FOIA timeline. It turns out that they were temporarily stored while the new Homeland Security Act (FISMA) regulations were being worked on. Long story short, they went from Lotus Notes to MS Exchange and took the Lotus Notes down to what is called "PST" files (private local storage) while waiting for the MS Exchange servers to get fully "online" and have backups tested and so forth. What Hillary did with her roque email server is a very serious case and yet look at the clown show put on for her sake.
