So, actually, he did avert wars by destroying some things very selectively. I'm pressure sure ISIS also counts as a war ended through winning as well. I doubt that he has the nuclear codes. He'd "fumble the (nuclear foot) ball". Maybe they allowed him to do a retina scan security device and then there is the "two key" system on top of that. @mbishop5954 It's not about the person. It's about ideology. Democratic Party Presidents are not even expected to follow their own policies since FDR died. Why do you think they've assassinated two Kennedys and are staking out a third? And Republican Presidents are supposed to cave as well but are allowed to sign bills that lower taxes a bit.
