  1. The elephant in the room is the scheming with US silicon wafer manufacturers. He'll sell out his constituents and you'll end up with higher taxes and the same problem with all of the tech manufacturers outsourcing where they get energy and labor benefits from tyrannical regimes. I don't trust Khanna because of his magical view of education, technology and manufacturing. He doesn't really understand why Intel, Apple and so forth go overseas. OTOH, it is rooted in education problems. We create idiots. Spending more money without changing fundamental teaching doctrines in all of our academies will just contribute to a faster decline.
