You guys really don't get it. Hunter will be Pardoned after the election is tallied. He's staying on by agreement with his criminal gang that is running DC. Kammy was told what the terms are. If he wants Kammy to do it he keeps his "promise" to not personally Pardon Hunter but of course Old Joe can't stop Kammy the Beneficent from doing it.
