The best way to hold all of these criminals accountable is through RICO statutes. Once that gets rolling it's very difficult for the criminals to use Congressional immunity and so forth to protect themselves.

@noctwice What you're reminding us of is that the Senate can choose to become full blown demagogues as well. Of course. The point is that technically Trump has not been impeached yet and therefore no coercive measures can be taken. They can take any kind of "sense of" votes that they want but they can't hold an actual impeachment trial with Chief Justice presiding. Nor do they need to unless they actually want to remove Trump or demagogue against him.
