@josephohanlon205 Third World is a term coined by a French socialist. The connotation is that "Third World" is "disenfranchised" just like the French Third Estate of the Ancien Regime of old (under Louis 16th and the monarchs before him). California is not "disenfranchised". They're incompetent socialists that destroyed a once free State. IOW, they are like the French Jacobins (fighting a fantasy "ancient regime) that came in and killed the (republican) establishment and then really effed everything up.
