I disagree with Dershowitz on things like Progressive power to tax and spend but on the law I have always agreed with him save in one area: The need to prosecute people that violate enforceable duties while in office or wielding political power where they have been sworn in and or sign "duty" agreements. That's his only area of weakness with respect to his propagation of views in public/media. Dershowitz leans towards defense, and that is OK, but it leaves him weak on prosecuting people taht abuse government power when they abuse the public (versus, say, targeting an individual in a clear, inarguable case). Dershowitz is OK with targeting Trump unless they actually arrest and harm him directly. He's OK with political abuse because he gives the leftist abusers the benefit of the doubt when in my view they very clearly violate their enforceable duties of office. Like Hillary Clinton. Clinton should have been arrested. Straight up.
