@13bustah Using the "activist" descriptor is useless unless you are very specific. Activist judges try to subvert the Constitution by changing how it is interpreted. Activist "journalists" are not trying to "journal the facts and news" but try to take part in shifting the culture and how judges and juries understand the words of the freaking Constitution and just about everything in the English lexicons. Activist legislators that are intellectually honest are OK. Lying sociopaths and psychopaths are not OK.
