@Memphis2010GFC Retread, facts would be weighed by citing the specific judicial order and then comparing Trump's specific case to a similar one. There are no similar cases. And the "gag order" is very unusual in that it's not really about protecting "justice" but protecting the guilty judge and prosecutorial teams. You still don't know what fact means. Nobody was arguing that people can't be jailed for violating certain kinds of judicial orders. And do try to grow up.

@timothywright778 "On what grounds would you prove that the judge is part of a conspiracy?" You don't know how the law is enforced, obviously. You first file your complaint and cite probable cause evidence. That allows you to get related subpoenas. "Can you even name the crime you would indict the Judge for? " Under RICO it's a foregone conclusion that once the Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law criminal and civil petitions are filed that there will be a long list of people subject to subpoena and in some cases to arrest. "I suppose you think Trump should sue the jurors if things don't go his way." You suppose. LOL. I doubt any jurors will get named but it's possible that the first round of subpoenas will net some evidence pertaining to jury tampering. You need probable cause, a criminal complaint, or a civil "cause of action" to get rolling on this criminal cabal that you try to hard to protect. I should also mention that you're either a dogmatic Communist or you have no actual idea about the history of the US Democratic Party.

@Memphis2010GFC Like throwing pasta against the wall. Al dente doesn't stick to the wall. But you do have quite a few improperly cooked noodles to make a big stink about. Congratulations, troublemaker.
5
@psongman9536 Rendering justice and holding criminals accountable. I see you studied Political Stalinism.
4
@Memphis2010GFC You don't even know what fact means.
4
@markduell2468 And the party of slavery has always been known for its dedication to the rule of law in accordance with a clear reading of the US Constitution.
2
@suilfisean You're obviously not one to judge. LOL. Lunatic.
2
@psongman9536 LOL. Irrelevant. Like you.
2
@evertvdb000 He's not the crybaby here.
1
@evertvdb000 It's subjective. Look it up, crybaby.
1
@NOJIMCROW To clowns like you. Thanks for the IFF signal.
1
@psongman9536 Just stop playing stupid. Unless you want everyone to believe your act.
1
@evertvdb000 Wow. Like that other notorious criminal; Eric Arthur Blair.
1
@RorkesDriftVC Psychotic liar, it's not even that case that we're talking about. LOL. If your cronies want to sue in civil court there is nothing stopping them. Not even your blatant lies. Why bother serious people here talking about this absurd New York case?
1
@Peter-ed9zi You mean "run on sentences" English of your vernacular? LOL. It's not possible. Lost in translation is what happens when lunatics like you get in over your head.
1
@MichaelCarter-xn5wi Communists start off with the established dogma that property is theft and Capitalists are wage thieves. Therefore, criminal by class identity. If these morons understood how stupid they sound crying out to "the world" about de facto Capitalist Oppression of Bad Orange Man, they'd just give up or move to China. But it shows just how stupid First World Communists actually are.

@Memphis2010GFC "similar to the case of the document. Any other person would be in jail awaiting trial if they were changed on those accounts." Biden did not violate the Espionage Act while in the President's office. He violated it for years prior and then pulled off a "cleansing" charade because every prosecutor knows you can't charge a sitting President with a crime. Period. Now Trump didn't violated the Espionage Act before, during or after he held the Oval Office. Those are verifiable facts for those of us that know how to read. There are not "two levels of justice". There's law of plebs, victims of your cult, leaders of your cult, and political threats to your cult's power. Not to mention all of the scams your cult pulls on "corporations". That's another chapter that started with FDR. I hope English is not your first language. The question I have is why are you so unreasonably certain about these stupid accusations you're making?
1
@marycull3607 It's obvious by who lined up behind Hillary to protect her from the unprecedented Espionage Act violations and then pivoted directly to denouncing Trump as "Putin's Puppet". They make "Russia" jokes to this day. That is how dumb member of this cult are. And this cult is following cues from Communist China.
1
@marycull3607 Party of Slavery.
1
@psongman9536 Communications Law. LOL. What college was that? Or should i ask at what web site did you "perform your studies"? In the USA "communications law" would be filed under Administrative Law since it's all Federally regulated or protected by the US Constitution. Unless you just made the whole thing up.
1
@psongman9536 Name one.
1
@rathofturkey One of his daughter's clients is Dan Goldman. Goldman was just caught bragging on fake news inc. that he helped prepare Cohen for his court appearance. So Dan Goldman, a sitting Demon Rat congressman, and one of the judge's daughter's clients, also played a formal role in the prosecution.
1
@Darkbluedevil Well, carrier pigeons need lawyers and union reps and so forth. Maybe that's it. Highly regulated, of course.
1
@Memphis2010GFC Who are you talking about, psycho? Your chuckles mean nothing to the properly educated. You can't even read properly and you lie like a rug. Just like your mendacious comrade just above.
1
@Memphis2010GFC Right. Just like Hunter the bagman and totally innocent kingpin criminal Joe.
1
@Fried52 What law school did you attend?
1
@Memphis2010GFC Stupid, fallacious question.
1
@timothywright778 Your comment is typical of Dunning Kruger "unskilled and unaware".
1
@timothywright778 You should have understood that you got everything wrong. You offered faux pearls of wisdom. Have you ever, even once, taken a college level class on English Common Law and things like contract law and how to take a civil claim to court? And then maybe the basic "due process" rights covered under the US Constitution for more serious judicial petitions? You need to start from zero. It seems like everything taht you think you know you gleaned from leftwing "analyst" liars on the Communist-controlled global media corporations (that often pose as US corporations by registering in US States and trading stocks on US exchanges).
1
@timothywright778 And I already started to give you a primer 2 days ago but I think it all went over your head. @indonesiaamerica7050 2 days ago @timothywright778 "On what grounds would you prove that the judge is part of a conspiracy?" You don't know how the law is enforced, obviously. You first file your complaint and cite probable cause evidence and or "cause of action" explanations. 1
@danielmoore-xh7kb RICO is a form of class action, sort of..
1
@psongman9536 This judge is in far more trouble than any of his critics.
1
@pcvetic You have to realize just how stupid Jacobin Marxists are.
1
@vengadragon No, he can throw him in jail for violating the same rules of the so called gag order. He doesn't want the public and he doesn't want the jury to hear any of it.
1
@lanessawitherspoon1332 Persons, like Trump and many of his allies, should sue as they have juicy causes of action under Civilian RICO.
1
@psongman9536 Are you a prophet of God warning us to repent or something? You seem more like a sociopathic 12-year-old kid. And quite incorrigible as well.
1
@psongman9536 You're obviously an idiot that doesn't even try to follow the serious conversations. I already explained it on this same page yesterday and many times prior to that. All of these psychotic Demon Rats are subject to RICO investigations. Or simple "Conspiracy to Deprive..." This quite easily goes back to include Hillary Clinton and Andrew Weissmann since before Trump was even sworn in. But keep up the grade school smack talk. It's amusing in its own way.
1
@NOJIMCROW Keep crying, loser. Go pray to your Obama-Biden idols.
1
I assume McCarthy is being sarcastic.
1
@1chrisford What qualifies you to offer such a delusional conclusion? Are you a recent grad from Columbia University? Seems more likely to be a simple case of Freudian projection.
1
@daysrcdays No, he is not acting as a judge under US law. He's acting as an Inquisitor. Just like Jack Smith in Europe. And now here. That's their game, you dope. They've been trying this garbage for a long time to attack their political rivals. They've never been supporters of the US Constitution. Ever.
1
@listlessvessels5 Leftists are the the dumbest people on the planet, bar none. If Melania shows up or even discusses it then they paste her face to promote every viral trope every time they upload some new garbage report. Even Donald Trump would prefer not to be there. His son is there to help with the Presidential campaign.
1
@Duke_of_Prunes Some of these people are under the impression that they earned a law degree when graduating out of elementary school.
1
@peterhugel3805 But, Capitalism.
1
@goldbud2287 All of their "arguments" or leftist lamentation tropes center around the dogma that "Property is theft". And some pseudoscience to it and you get the Communist Manifesto. It all boils down to "But, Capitalism, bro".
1
@jackielobin7100 You obviously don't know what the charges are. This is an "administrative law" question tried in criminal court because of, well, Marxist morons that just won't move to China.
