  1. Kennedy overestimates the thought process. They're not thinking of redistribution in general when they protect "oppressed" criminals that "testify to their oppression" by committing crimes. They're literally "feeling" the false binary questions posed by the Oppressor/Oppressed class war. That they define and then promote. They created this.

  2. I went to college in SF. It was pretty insane back then. At this stage I would say that it's a Communist resistance zone. The question is why this is tolerated. The answer is that the DC bureaucrat cult is also "communist" in that they believe in all of the same things under the insane academic rubric of (materialist) Realism. Also, my view with regard to the Second Amendment and right to bear personal weapons is that city restrictions melt away in legitimacy when the police are instructed to simply watch and protect the criminals as they get away. This argument would win in SCOTUS under the right conditions.
