  4. The DOJ could take action against these transnational corporations that "collude" against users and the nation itself. But they don't need a stupid EO to launch antitrust investigations. Instead this is a "kitchen sink" petition that says "pretend to threaten with" a bunch of things and at most they will add regulations with permission from these transnational traitors to rule-of-law republicanism. The only thing that we'll end up with is "Net Neutrality" that benefits all of the big players that collude against us and diligently enforce China's "national security law" not just for Chinese users but the entire freaking world.
