  1. An informant is not a spy if the informant only offers clandestine reports after participating. As soon at the informant is embedded and creating ongoing reports for the purpose of clandestine inclusion that is espionage. The Progressive cult wants to say that "informants" are legitimate while espionage is a criminal offense. Yeah, OK. So, instead of making dogmatic assertions how about we look at the evidence of criminality and then we'll decide if the spy was protected or unlawful. And it could even be that the spying is "protected" from criminal prosecution but subject to tort claims or even civil rights claims. That means that the espionage is not actionable from a criminal perspective but the due process rights of the subjects were disparaged and the cabal involved can be subject to civil penalties because of that. So, they're a bunch of lying idiots. Spying/espionage is the appropriate terminology. We have all kind of lawful espionage going on, so the word games are just to avoid the serious questions. The legitimate next question is how is it legally actionable. We need more details before ultimately deciding what kind of jeopardy they are in.
