The Constitution is clear and simple. The failure was allowing this man to join the Executive Branch in the first place. Not that he had any legitimate business in the Senate. He's dumber than AOC and a much better liar.

@jaym8257 It's a fact that Chief Justice Roberts swore him in as President. Therefore the Pardons are valid and can't be challenged. Unless Biden pardoned someone from paying restitution or from a grievance a Citizen has against the pardoned person. It only pertains to Federal crimes. Not debts or torts or State crimes.
