@reliablereindeer Ever heard the term "equal application of the law"?

@chrisjames3087 On what crime is your particular fantasy built on? State the common law term or the relevant criminal statute.

@reliablereindeer Neither should have been charged for "campaign" or accounting violations. Same with that other (Democrat Party Presidential candidate) dude that hid his pregnant mistress and funded it all from campaign contributions. That's the most egregious example.

@mattjacks0n83 That's not "whataboutism". Sheesh!

@@user-bf1os7pd6k LOL. Case in point, eh? Nice turn of phrase for the brainless crowd to lap up. And it's rule of law for the nation, not "law and order".

@MarcusCicero1 Wut?

@RAINRDY LOL. Another random Legal Eagle Marxist.

@RM-lk1so The battle is over control of SCOTUS for precisely this reason. The Communists want single-party rule. They are already at war with the US Constitution. Any dimwit can see that.

This is like Stalinism for several years after he died and it took Khrushchev a few years to dial back the paranoia and tyranny. And then he got removed and people like Putin took over again. Most academic Marxists are Maoists and Leninists.

@gobi3751 Who do you speak for, exactly? And you seem to define "justice" just like every other Stalinist. Or do you prefer Xi?

@thomasfosterjr.5247 Explain what makes you a "moderate Republican" if you are against equal application of the law and "fair" trade between sovereign nations? "Fair trade" includes rules and disincentives for things like exploiting slave labor and firing at vessels in international waters and so forth. Oh, and don't forget about state-sponsored IP theft. Moderate Republicans are for or against those things? By "moderate" are you talking about moderate (sub 3 digit) IQ? Are you going to tell me that enforcing visa and immigration law is "racist" like all other "moderate Republicans" usually say? Perhaps you should all book passage to your favorite Communist paradise and check it out. Since you're so "moderate" and all.
1
@thomasfosterjr.5247 Which "party switch" are you talking about? All good faith Republicans are politically liberal and if they vote for "social conservatism" at a local level that is completely within the spirit and profile of the founding fathers.
1
@mattjacks0n83 Do you even know what "ism" means? It's legitimate to make comparisons to test logically for equal application of the law or any other "equality" argument, dumbass. If you had any clue about basic logic you'd investigate what "whataboutism" actually means when serious people use the term. Whataboutism is basically a term used against collectivists that use what we now call Critical Theory critiques of "Capitalism" do compare to their "social justice" injustice. The dispute is actually between "cosmic" justice versus case justice known as equal application of the law. Cosmic justice is when people use "class" data to argue you should let this certain class member off because his or her class has suffered enough historically, supposedly.

@@user-bf1os7pd6k Churchill also knew how insane Marxists are. Including Critical Theory academics and their fellow Victicrat cultists.

Trump made it difficult for corporate media traitors to keep gaslighting the public as the nation's economic interests were sold out under globalist wealth transfer "equity" theories. Once Reagan left office the nation slowly turned full time to Critical Theory grievance politics where "squeaky wheel gets the grease" and people that don't get their dream job refuse to work at anything but.
