There is no question in my mind at all that the strategy and tactics of the DNC Communists has been, for years, to pack SCOTUS and the Federal judiciary in pretty much the same manner that FDR did. They seek one party rule (like Stalin's BFF did) and now they go completely insane every time any judge that understands the problems caused by FDR's Marxist "struggle" for Social Justice and "democratic" rule of law until this day. IOW, this insane accusation and indictment don't even have to survive to trial. They want to be able to foment anger against "Capitalism" and "The Patriarchy" as represented by strict Constitutionalist judges and prosecutors. Defense and tort lawyers are allowed to employ Marxist doctrines. Prosecutors and judges are not. Marxist prosecutors try to turn every statute in to crimes applicable only when directed at "Oppressor" class members. Trump is the epitome of the "Reactionary Capitalist" according to their worldview.

@aivexuviet11 Just about all cases before the courts in New York, California and much of Chicago (not to mention many other States) have been politicized. IOW, it's no longer about case justice in support of the rule of law. It's about "social" aka "cosmic" justice for (class) "Equity" based on insanely delusional Critical Theory nonsense.

@Truthtella203 I guess that depends on how you define it. There are still courts to petition, if that's what you mean. And Justice is capitalized when it's a title. Like Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas, as one example.
