Actually, ALL Marxist Demon Rat economic doctrines are based on the premise that wealth can't be created outside of Evolutionary theory, which posits that wealth creators are deluded about their role. That means, according to Historical Materialism, that social mobility for the bottom and the middle is driven entirely by ('woke' government) wealth redistribution or "random mutation" that needs to be "governed" for the "greater good." Positive growth is always due to Brain Trust bureaucrats or natural law. Elected politicians can only hope to find the most feted leftwing economists or they are "oppressors" with "cognitive dissonance."
