  4. The problem is any time we give any Federal institution the power to conflate Constitutional powers and go around established oversight. The real problem is, first of all, the Demon Rats never gave up on one party rule in revenge for losing their slaves. Second, by the time FDR came along they started to employ Marxist tropes to justify this one party rule and Leninist Command Economy "New Deal" paradigm. And every Demon Rat President has made it worse while the only President so far that won significant gains was Reagan. They tried and succeeded to "Nixonize" Trump and the irony is that Obama abused the same powers that Nixon was accused of abusing simply by condoning the FBI "national security counterintelligence" investigation on Trump as a candidate. That alone is clearly worse than even the worst thing Nixon was accused of. And this is all made possible by teachers' unions that protect "labor rights" of lazy arsed Marxist teachers that turn the minds of students to Jello and get them in to all kinds of perversions.
