Hillary and Joe are in another universe entirely. They have surpassed even Benedict Arnold. Benedict Arnold didn't even betray the country to the same degree that the Obama and Biden regime have betrayed the USA on the Iranian "nuclear talks" and forking over billions for stupid Marxist-style grievances in order to "build good will" or get some hostage released before they grab even more so they can then raise the price per person. It's the entire rotten US Democratic Party and has been certainly since Bill Clinton. The others before Bill Clinton took the Oval Office were not literal traitors unless you count Ted Kennedy but he only betrayed the USA to the Soviet Union as a Senator running for President, never from the Oval Office.

  2. Obama's testimony is needed in Congress for the simple reason that we know what Biden did. What Biden did is illegal unless blessed by Obama. And then Obama has to justify it himself as well. Just remember taht Trump was Impeached for supposedly doing what Biden in fact bragged about doing. We're not even discussing moves or quid pro quo. We have the banking information for all of that. The most important witness is Obama. He might be a criminal coconspirator.
