The indictments are inherently and explicitly unconstitutional. Trump is literally being charged for a "criminal conspiracy" on the idea that it's illegal to petition "government" for redress of grievances whenever Marxist psychopaths are afraid of getting arrested for racketeering and bribery. It's a violation of the First Amendment not in the "speech clause" but in the "petition for redress" clause. The single most important explicit written right in the entire document. And the Jack Smith indictments also rely on the President not being "legitimate". IOW, if Trump did all that he's accused of by illegally impersonating a sitting President he'd be in a lot of trouble. Speaking of braindead, I see it's not working out very well for you.

@isaacm2374 No, the US government can't "dedicate" anything by law. I think you meant "dictate" and you don't know what the word means. Nobody in the US can "dictate" law. There's this thing called the Constitution and the Amendment process. That is what you must do to change it. Imagine the kind of Amendment required that says "US DOJ can force you to hire whoever they say, even people that are in the US illegally..." Give me some of the language you think we need to give that power to "government" in the USA. Let's here your draft proposal for an Amendment. It would have to go like this: The USA is now a Marxist dictatorship and anything the US DOJ "dedicates" must be followed because it's how government works under Marxist dictatorships, by definition.
