The center of the freeing Constitution is what we're supposed to defend. Not compromising "in the center" between the people that can read and reason properly and the perpetual glue sniffers.

  6. ​ ®Jesus son of God®  Neither have faced US trials. Snowden of course is accused of breaching sworn duties to protect national security information. There's no protected right to breach "secrecy" duties. He could possibly argue taht he made a good faith attempt to lawfully "blow the whistle" and didn't actually violate his "secrecy" duties If he had turned himself in to Rand Paul or someone like that he might have made out OK. But lots of the establishment Republicans are just another brand of Marxist that is OK with keeping low corporate tax rates (not unlike today's Chinese Communist Party). Julian Assange could very easily win in court if he gets a chance to face one. That is why they accused him of espionage vis-à-vis "computer crimes" AKA penetrating a protected US government computer. I don't think that he did. But they will then say that he conspired with the hacker that cut all of the optical disks and shipped them out. And that he isn't a "protected journalist" for some reason. I think they're trying to accuse him of breaking Australian law with the US as the victim and the accuser. You have to understand that occidental Progressives have absolutely zero intellectual integrity.

If Twitter doesn't play ball they will do to it what they did to Trump. It will get removed from all Android and Apple phones. Google will bury searches and so forth.
