This judge borrowed heavily from various branches. The only time a judge would even be tasked with such a thing is if there was an actual tort complaint or a bankruptcy case where creditors wanted the judge to mediate an assessment but it would still involve the judge weighing arguments of the litigants and their "Expert Witnesses". Every single lawyer, judges included, that has any of this TDS thing going on belongs nowhere near any of these cases and probably should be defrocked from all credentials related to all professions, not just legal ones. These people are not exactly incapable of taking care of themselves. That involves another kind of assessment. But they can't be regarded as "experts" of any kind. Their professional/academic credentials are obviously fraudulent. These aholes can run for Congress if they want to mouth off about Trump and Reactionary Capitalism and all of their other insane tropes.

So did Freud and all of the other nutjobs exploited for the Critical Theory academic culture war. The first area that these maniacs took over was Critical Legal Studies.
