@kaizokud42 Car manufacturing in "right to work" states are going to skyrocket. That's one. If Tesla spins off its electronics manufacturing that would be another solid bet. Construction, but not property investment, will do very well too. If appliance manufacturers start reopening factories in the USA those will also be strong performers. If they lower the corporate tax rate again then almost everything will boom for several years afterwards, at least.

What kind of "Progress" is the US lacking in other than trying to move past FDR's New Deal fascist socialism? The regression is caused intentionally by US "Progressives". For them, Progress is flattening the middle class and making everyone "not too poor". Everyone but the soviet rulers will be living the lives of lower middle class, whether then work or not. That is quite literally their standard for progress because of Climate Change Racism and so forth. Equity is like making an omelet. These are simplistic statements. What people like me hate when corporate cronies and arse-licking corporations drive the gains while serious, import corporations that quite literally drive progress in materials and engineering struggle because they can't afford and sometimes are no longer allowed to produce in the USA itself. It sort of matters of all of the trillion dollar corporations selling vaporware or Chinese imports, and often both.

Child labor is allowed where funds are not allocated for poor families in order to be able to send all of the children to free schools. And your "livable wage" trope also completely misunderstands how enterprises and wages are determined. The "social justice" controls cultivate failure. Most of the best ideas for "labor" came from private enterprise under what we today call "best practices" and these best practices are taught in business school, or used to be. Now they probably just rant at students with the kinds of absurd tropes you're offering here. US manufacturers are squeezed in every way possible because at this point it is very common to Always Blame Capitalism for everything on the assumption that had "industry" been organized "fairly" as Marx and other socialists suggested that things would be much better just because lunatics are no longer taught to critique their own pet theories. The end of your proof is to simply claim that "property is theft" because that is the foundational dogma behind all of your tropes. The number one problem with the US economy is energy arbitrate deliberately set up to "de-industrialize" the "advanced economies" are "Post Industrial Economies". The number one trick ensuring taht the CCP pays significantly less for energy than any of their competition (with respect to manufacturing high value products).
