@jorgelouis709 I think people really don't understand "invasion" threats. It's not NATO that threatens Russia. It's all Marxist politicians in power. Marxist theory suggests that only one regime can win in the end. For Marxists the world is like Mad Max's Thunderdome on a global scale. Every Western power has Marxists influencing foreign policy to some degree or another. China doesn't even really want to occupy Taiwan, never mind any other nation that doesn't even speak any Chinese languages. What they want is enough domination to ensure that they're rule is never threatened and that nobody can ever say no to the CCP regime when they want something like natural resources, control of ports and so forth. Not many Westerners understand what Putin is all about. He saw the failures of Communist political paradigms and he doesn't want modern Russia to go down the same path as the Soviet version. Putin inherited quite a mess.

Communist expansionist regimes are expansionist by definition. So the question is, is the CCP inherently expansionist? LOL. These planned "attacks" have been underway for decades. Actually, the "revolution" was never deemed complete. They're Communists. Does anyone understand what that means?
