Defense lawyers learn what they can legally get away with in law school and it doesn't take a genius to become a lying slip-and-fall tort lawyer like Raskin. People like Raskin are notorious for "monetizing" and "exploiting" stories that are emotionally persuasive to certain cultists but weak on relevant evidence. In politics there can be no "community truth" that is not universal. These are just partisan lies. The most famous "community truth" liars are the US Democrats, Soviet and Chinese Communists, and German Nazis. The Italian Fascists were also pretty bad but the Nazi lies pretty much jumped the shark. The original "community truth" liars were the French Jacobins up until Napoleon was finally stopped. US Democrats then invented an entire cult of lies. Soon after that, Marx created a bunch of nonsense to make these "community truth" lies in to something prophetic and supposedly universal.
