@renoirrandy7241 Because it's fundamental to checks and balances that if Congress is purging its own that it follow strict rules. They're not supposed to subpoena each other. The most they can do is investigate for cases where they want to purge their own or Impeach a Judge or Executive Branch Cabinet member. This is supposed to prevent them from what they've been doing nonstop to Trump.

He could never be a Federal judge because he's known to be constantly "advocating" for "Social Justice" Communism for his entire like using mendacious Soviet talking points to supposedly offer fact claims. Fact claims that can only legally be made in Congress because of their special "liar's immunity". Even in Congress he's the most blatant, nonstop liar I've ever seen on video. Capitalism is the theory of private persons managing their own capital and wealth. Everyone wants to have their own stuff. Marxism is a theory of a two class war. The oppressed class doesn't exist as described by Marx. Lots of Marxists use the strategy outlined in the Communist Manifesto to accumulate power and wealth of their own without regard for anyone's rights at all. The actual thing that Marxists hate is liberty under the rule of law where they must compete for wealth and power under those terms. Mitt Romney is supposedly a Capitalist too, but that is meaningless because he too follows Critical Theory Marxism without fail. And all of today's Communist regimes are trying to find a middle ground between Mussolini's fascism and Mao's Communism. Few people outside of these Communists regimes will admit that they are Communists or that they have even read the Communist Manifesto to understand how Marx defined "Communists". Raskin is preaching the Communist Manifesto and using Trump as a bogey man for "Reactionary Capitalism". If you don't know that then you don't know anything about any topic under discussion here.

@MD77SA You mean he's not an official. You don't even know how to use the dictionaries to communicate clearly. So, Hunter travels extensively on AF1 and AF2 before that. He stays in hotels in foreign (Communist) countries as a member of the Presidential (or VP) entourage. Communist "politicians" engage in pay for play schemes to get him access to Biden and other "politicians" in DC. The fact that he's a mere family member abusing the office of the VP and the President makes it all worse. And most relevant to this hearing is that he's the number one bag man for the Biden "official" criminal enterprise.
