Comments by "" (@indonesiaamerica7050) on "Trump Attacks Biden At NH Rally: 'Kept Classified Documents Under The Wheels Of His Corvette'" video.
@tabithal2977 "there are many documents within thr us government that not even the president is allowed to have access to. He doesn't have the order to declassify them because they're not his." President owns all executive branch documents other than personal records at the IRS and so forth. But some argue that even those can be taken at will be a sitting President. But it's unlawful for anyone below the Cabinet to obtain them on the President's behalf. Plus, the only remedy for violation of this "law" is to sue the Federal government, not the President or anyone following a Presidential EO that was confirmed by the Senate. So, what the actual effe do you even think you're talking about? Do you have any idea how many sociopathic liars there are on CNN and MSNBC, not to mention the OTA networks?
2
@thilli1859 You're insane.
2
@JE1972-yx1gl What's wrong with you sociopaths?
2
@katrinaisalwayscorrect The only ones arguing endlessly against everything about Trump are in fact Communists.

@Poundz978 Trump did not "have clearance". HE is the only unquestioned authority on the matter. Full stop. POTUS grants or denies clearance. They don't "have" it. They own the documents and the information contained.
1
@sherylhoward4831 Wrong again, he IS the process. Federal Classification law can't restrict POTUS. Don't you clowns understand anything? Classification law only serves the President. Full stop.
1
@p00dleman The President IS ALL POWERFUL when operating within his Constitutional authority. Thanks for showing up to class, finally.
1
@thilli1859 You literally don't know the first thing about the US Constitution and how divided government works. Look up Unitary Executive Theory.
1
@thilli1859 What? LMFAO. Wanna bet?
1
@thilli1859 You wrote that it's not illegal to take classified documents "by mistake". You're wrong. If you're a pleb and take them "by mistake" then the mistake is not yours. If you're "cleared" and you sign the training and "rules" documents for "clearance" credentials then negligence is no excuse. Gross negligence is neglecting a sworn duty and is a criminal offense. Biden is a criminal, dude. Get over it.
1
@thilli1859 "that literally what the law says" What you wrote is "literally" stupid. If that's "literally" what the law says then quote it verbatim. You're clueless. The first step in growing up is recognizing your own ignorance. Then decide if you want to reduce that ignorance.
1
@skipstalforce The trope goes something like this: If you're First Lady Hillary, you maybe don't ask for Security Clearance. And then you are hanging out quite a bit with your husband, the President, and "by mistake" you start using his Exchange Email server that was deliberately set up without even the first level of DoD security policies. That would be "a mistake". Of course, that assumes that you're not a Senator that was then appointed as SECSTATE that actually did take the training and did sign the documents. So, in that case, it's all BS storytelling that is now magically extended to Senator Joe Biden that also signed the same training and "enforceable duties" documents.
1
@thilli1859 "Anyone can beat any crime by reading a section of the criminal code that doesn't apply!" You're a freaking genius.
1
@thilli1859 You don't even know what you tried to ask for. You're in deep denial.
1
@lockwoodpeckinpaugh9252 How old are you?
1
@p00dleman The owner decides what remains his personal records and what gets archived as Presidential records.
1
@JDriver771 Some of us paid attention in school. Obviously, you went to J school or something.
1
@MikeW165 You don't understand what you quoted.
1
@MikeW165 Why? It's gross negligence. And then we have Hunter quoting from them and passing extracts to Burisma and that Ukrainian syndicate. But that's all good because of your insane hivemind.
1
@MikeW165 Who told you this?
1
@MikeW165 liar.
1
@MikeW165 Everyone but POTUS needs explicit permission.
1
@MikeW165 You have no idea what you quoted. Presidents parse their own records and then designate how they wish to archive their documents. Get it? All of the others follow the law after each President chooses how to. Biden has the same powers concerning his own Presidential records.
1
@MikeW165 LOL. Your job. Is to spread lies.
1
@lockwoodpeckinpaugh9252 You ask why someone gets indicted as if it's a question of science, not controversial politics. If you don't even know how to ask a properly framed question, the problem is for you to solve. I suggest you repeat or finish high school at a nonwoke institution.
1
@donadams8345 Everyone that wants the CCP to take over the world hates Trump.
1
@an-dt7129 He had documents that were illegal for a Senator to carry out of any SCIF.
1
@mtoscano343 We don't try to speak for Communists. You're obviously traitors to the very idea of Westphalian sovereignty. You're not very bright, obviously.

It's normal when quoting critics of the narrator to use verbatim quotes. My question to you pertains to the superfluous last word in your comment.
