@@RunThruABrickWall The burden of proof is on the one that makes the claim. The claim(s) that lack sufficient evidence are the ballot certifications. We don't have to prove fraud unless we want to put someone in prison. The election is illegitimate because they didn't follow lawful auditing requests. They made special "COVID" rules and the loopholes for fraud were built in from the start of the year.

s @4U812-h1l Who are you talking to? China and Russia haven't had consensus on anything since the 1970s or even earlier. Mao stopped trusting the Soviet Union soon after Stalin died. Mao "trusted" Stalin while they were getting lots of material and technology transfers from Russia. Mao hated Khrushchev because he started to moderate the Soviet Communist expansionist regime. Especially when Khrushchev made Castro back off during the "Cuban Missile Crisis".

What he did is clearly illegal on multiple fronts. Just the money laundering alone (to avoid taxes if as you say all of this "business" was itself lawful) puts him and his family in prison for quite some time. But we're to believe that he wasn't really doing anything to favor the CCP's requests since they're the ones that funded it all.
