@Neilfachman1234 There's no clear example of a Trump supporter or "rioter" that actually attacked anyone. The video framing shows that all "violence" can be explained by a rush through the doors (maybe being pushed by panicking people from behind) and defending themselves from "antiriot" munitions and batons. These are the same people that call every Democratic Party armed criminal a victim when shot by police. But here the only visible crime is petitioning the Joint Session of Congress for legitimate redress. Why no forensic election audits in the face of such strong prima facie evidence of widespread, interstate (each group using the same tactics) fraud? They don't even teach law students a proper understanding of US law any longer. They start out by making you think "established institutions have strong roots in slavery and we must always be cognizant of that when using the courts" and so forth. And they start with that and turn some students in to full blown Marxist revolutionaries.

We no longer live under the rule of law (equal application of the law and due process without prejudice or Special Pleadings like Trump is Putin's Puppet - because duh!) Why do you think they are again screaming about SCOTUS? They HATE Justices that defend equal application of the law without prejudice. They hate it.

@wasdwasdedsf The British have a document called the Bill of Rights. It was not ratified the same way that ours was. That process is key to defending the rule of law. The rule of law has only ever been an ideal in the United Kingdom. The US came very close to designed a perfect system but the depraved liars wanted to maintain an informal ruling class since the revolution up until today.

@carolcharters4878 There was no Insurrection. Just using this kind of language is highly prejudicial and only Congress members can get away with this kind of language without being sued. These judges should be sued under Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law simply be repeating it as dogmatic fact and also be allowing such prejudicial language in the courts to be taken as fact. IT's basically popular treason or what some might call "democratic" treason. It's actual treason that is "blessed" by "popular" or "democratic will of the people". In theory. IOW, these people do NOT believe in Connotationally framed governance. They only cite the Constitution in bad faith when useful to their cause and ignore it completely if they want their stupid supporters to forget all about it. Why do you think they call it "born in racism" all the time so that their "dog whistle" lets them know it's only to be used against The Patriarchy, but The Patriarchy deserves no protections whatsoever as the "dominant class" or sometimes they just call it "dominant culture" which is also a dog whistle for something they alternate between calling "Fascism" or "Christian Nationalism" and so forth. These labels are meaningless because they simply encompass anything and everything that Karl Marx assigned to the "dustbin of history" must go.
