IOW, "bias" can't affect the outcome unless a majority of them are conflicted and biased and the other Justices would have to ignore this problem in their dissents. So, this is yet another fake problem from the fraudulent party that you reflexively defend.

@heidiw8406 The lawsuits should be thrown out entirely. The claims are fraudulent because they just accept "political rhetoric" as equal to a conviction of "Insurrection" or something like that. And they also try to bootstrap their stories by focusing on "incitement" and, again, purely political rhetoric that doesn't belong in court. The language used is itself prejudicial and the petitions should have been rejected because the legal theory is, again, based on the 14th Amendment and delusional stories about "Insurrection" theater. They're play actors, not serious people. The judges going along with this are absolute trash. There's no excuse for this. Bad enough the Congressmen can lie, slander, propagate canards and so forth. Now these judges want to convert those lies to convictions. That's more or less what is meant by "kangaroo court" and these are turning out worse than any reasonable person could have guessed.
